| Jim Evans of Stuart Realty has been
a realtor since 1967 and a broker since 1978. He has served as a managing
broker since 1979, a past president of the Old Middle Peninsula Board of
Realtors in 1974 and 1979, and has served on numerous standing committees of the
Virginia Association of Realtors, as well as graduating from the Realtors
Institute of Charlottesville in 1972.
